“Monster Hunter XX” is an adventure game released on the Nintendo Switch platform. This installment serves as an enhanced version of Monster Hunter X, boasting graphics upgraded to Full HD 1080P high resolution. It is created by Ryozo Tsujimoto, the producer of Monster Hunter 4, and Shintaro Kojima, the producer of Monster Hunter Portable 3rd.

Building upon its predecessor, the game introduces new hunting styles and techniques, along with two new monsters. These, combined with the “Four Flagship Monsters” from the previous game, form the six main monsters of this installment. Additionally, the number of special individual monsters has increased from 12 to 18 compared to the previous game. Classic monsters such as Yian Kut-Ku, Basarios, Diablos, and Barioth return from previous entries in the series, with G-rank quests now available.
